With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Lisa has most recently served in interim executive roles including interim CEO at Dupont Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, Central Mississippi Medical Center and Sandhills Medical Center as well as interim CNO at Gadsden Regional Medical Center and Lutheran Hospital. She focuses on quality improvement and has achieved success improving Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades and patient experience scores, supporting High Reliability goals and decreasing agency nursing staff expense.
Lisa earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing (BSN) from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY as well as a master of science degree in nursing (MSN) from Spalding University in Louisville, KY. She has been the recipient of several leadership awards, including the Shelton R. Weber Award of Leadership Excellence. Lisa is also a published researcher on the topic of management style and staff nurse satisfaction.
